How long does it take to get a certificate after I request it? 

Certificate requests were received via written notice using the DRC’s online form by June 30, 2023. No new requests for certificates can be accepted beginning July 1. The timeframe for delivering the certificate depends upon the volume of the requests the DRC has received and the accuracy and completeness of the information the landlord has provided the DRC during the ERPP process.  To check on the status of your certificate, please consider coming to our Virtual Office Hours to request an update.
