Eviction Resolution Pilot Program

Thank you for completing your self-assessment for the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program. 

By Action of the Washington State Legislature, the Eviction Resolution Pilot Program ends July 1, 2023. 

Our DRC’s calendars for ERPP mediation and conciliation services are currently full. No further mandatory ERPP mediation or conciliation services will be scheduled.

How we can help

We can help with: 

  • Free conflict coaching to help landlords and tenants

    resolve eviction-related issues

  • Mediating financial disputes that put tenants at risk

    of losing their rental housing

  • Facilitating negotiations between tenant and landlord,

    to develop reasonable arrangements for unpaid rent

  • Sharing referral and resource information

We do not: 

  • Assist those tenants or landlords outside King County

  • Offer legal advice or representation

  • Offer rental assistance
