Conflict Coaching
What is Conflict Coaching?
Confidential Problem Solving
Conflict coaching is a confidential conversation between you and a conflict resolution expert. It empowers you to work with your coach to create the best plan to deal with your conflict. You will explore different perspectives and better understand how to manage the problem. You will also learn key communication skills to help you.
We know that talking to the person you are in conflict with is hard. With our conflict coaching, you will learn the tools needed to approach the conversation with a new perspective.

How does it help?
- Conflict coaching is for anyone involved in a disagreement, including with family, neighbors, friends, co-workers, or employees.
- Coaching helps you determine if and how to engage with the other person to strategize options to resolve your issues.
- Coaching is an alternative option to mediation when the other party does not agree to participate.
- Coaching prior to mediation helps you prepare for a join session. It can also be used along with mediation as an intervention to help ease tensions and improve communication.
“I feel great learning to advocate for myself. It’s so nerve-racking to talk about money, let alone housing, especially when it is in jeopardy. I’m so thankful you empowered me to talk with my landlord”.
