H.O.M.E.S Workshop

HOMES (Homeowners’ Outreach, Mentoring, and Education Services) is a new housing program to educate seniors, veterans and people with disabilities who qualify with assistance in completing the application for the property tax exemption. The income limit has increased to $84,000, enabling a larger group to qualify for this exemption. HOMES workshops are a partnership with Seattle Urban League and is funded by King County’s VSHSL program.

Monthly workshops will take place where eligible King County residents will meet with counselors who will help them complete the forms to apply for property tax exemption.
