The Executive Director is responsible for the leadership and management of our agency which helps people navigate through difficult situations with affordable mediation, facilitation, training and restorative practices.
We are looking for a leader who is driven to build a viable economic engine that will allow us to meet the needs of the underserved and will passionately live our values of service, collaboration, community, learning, equity, communication and ethics – all while working with the board directors, developing financial resources for the agency, ensuring our mission is fulfilled through our programming, managing financial oversight, marketing, public relations, vendor management, vendor contracts and being our face and voice to the county and state legislature – and leading, motivating and inspiring our staff.
