Effective Communication, Revisited.

Thursday, April 27, 2017, 12-1:30pm

Location: Dispute Resolution Center of King County, Good Shepherd Center, Room 221

Workshop Description

Wish you could be more effective with your words? Maybe put your thoughts together with specific points, for clearer delivery? How about finding some ideas to help people understand you better? Would you like to maximize your communication and minimize repeats or misunderstandings?

As conflict resolution professionals operating under the constraints of limited time with clients and stressful situations, the skills presented will be useful tools to revisit as we continue to become more effective communicators. Participants will have the opportunity to practice some new ways to think about how we speak and the impact we may have within our professional and personal realms.
